How do we close the event?

such as photorhythms , aerial and floor fireworks, photographer, cocktail bar, smoke effect, projectors, photobooth and more!

Then, We lock it
Once you've decided we're a perfect fit, We close the event.

End, It's party time
Now we implement all the details of your planning, making sure everything goes smoothly and on time. All you need to do is have fun!

Scheduling appointments
We will share our wisdom with you (Because we have learned a lot over the years) while we will always give you the last word. We'll start your planning journey. We'll pave the way for party day success and help you avoid common pitfalls. You will have a scheduling meeting with your chosen DJ/MC (Aka Event Day Ally and Party Guru). During this meeting, you will meet your DJ and they will meet you and your guests! We want to make your celebration uniquely yours.

Premium Audio and Microphones
Most likely, you've been to an event where the music was too loud or constantly cut off. Maybe you've been to parties where announcements were almost impossible to hear. At MINOAN EVENTS we use high line series audio systems with microphones, which means our systems can cover medium to large reception areas easily without overloading guest chat. Even grandma will be able to hear the speeches, and your friends will love the fullness on the dance floor. All audio equipment is included in all our packages.

Track lighting and landscaping
Lighting is very important! How important is it?, Ask; So important that we include track lighting in every package.
